4 highlights of the ABC of energy efficiency
Mastering energy costs to make savings, while reducing the impact of the environment : a double ambition that a good number of companies wish to appropriate.
4 highlights, led by actors in the field, marked the tempo of this meeting which presented a global view of energy efficiency to industrialists wishing to enter a proactive framework. Among the axes covered :
- Regulations : the disappearance of regulated tariffs, obligatory regulatory audits…
- Possible energy-saving in industry linked to heating, air conditioning, compressed air, lighting, manufacturing procedures…
- Support to companies carried by the ADEME
These key axes were also completed by concrete examples from Alstom and the EIMI company, members of the Vallée. Their action plan, led jointly within the framework of an ISO 50001 approach in the 329 building, brought substantial repercussions of energy and economic optimization.
The Vallée presented its Ecotechn’Hom project to this group of industrialists. The project, deployed on the scale of the Techn’hom, aims to support industrialists on the site in reducing their energy bill by first of all identifying energy-greedy poles, then implementing innovative solutions according to their needs, with a view to less energy dependency.
As the COP21 draws near, reducing the energy bill is also, and especially, industrialists’ concern. The fact that there were so many of them there on 20th October goes to show how willing they are to come to grips with this problem which generates earnings and is also unavoidable in the present energy context.
